About the Role
Begin your journey with U-Haul as a Storage Facility Housekeeper and contribute to maintaining a clean, inviting environment essential for excellent customer service. This position requires attention to detail, organizational prowess, and a proactive mindset to keep the facility spotless and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and mopping across storage units, corridors, restrooms, and elevator areas.
- Collect and dispose of trash appropriately.
- Track cleaning supply inventory and request replenishments as required.
- Undertake additional assigned duties as needed.

- Self-driven with initiative to manage responsibilities independently.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
The position involves exposure to moderate hazards requiring safety precautions such as handling moving machinery parts and chemicals, necessitating protective gear like masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
Physical demands include prolonged periods of stationary work, outdoor mobility, reaching various heights, and assisting or independently moving equipment weighing at least 50 pounds.
