Stocking 1 Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves delivering outstanding customer service by completing assigned stocking tasks efficiently and safely. The Stocking 1 Team Associate is responsible for accurately stocking both picked and new merchandise, maintaining a clean and secure work environment, and collaborating effectively with team members to plan and execute duties based on store workload and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and assist them by promoting products and services, helping locate items, supporting purchase decisions, resolving issues, and directing queries as appropriate.
• Assess and manage workload for assigned store areas.
• Precisely sign merchandise following procedures.
• Maintain shelf organization, modular integrity, and correct shelf capacity.
• Process merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins as part of the Customer Availability Process.
• Utilize appropriate fixtures, supplies, and tools to complete tasks effectively.
• Help ensure a safe, tidy, and hazard-free workplace by adhering to company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Prepare backroom areas to facilitate efficient stock unloading.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $16.15 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
