Stocking 1 Team Associate

Overview

This role involves completing stocking tasks to deliver excellent customer service. The associate will accurately stock both picks and new merchandise in a clean, safe environment, working collaboratively within a team to strategize and execute duties based on operational needs and workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and deliver excellent service by assisting with product information, locating items, supporting purchase decisions, and addressing or escalating any concerns.
• Manage the workload for assigned store sections, ensuring tasks are prioritized effectively.
• Properly sign for merchandise upon receipt.
• Maintain shelf organization by preserving modular integrity and correcting shelf capacity errors.
• Work with merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Use appropriate fixtures, tools, and supplies to successfully complete stocking and maintenance duties.
• Promote a safe and clean work environment by following company policies, completing safety inspections, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Prepare the backroom area for stock unloading procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 16 years or older.
