Stocking 1 Team Associate (Morning Stocking) - Hillside

Role Overview

This role involves delivering excellent customer service while efficiently completing designated stocking responsibilities. The primary task includes accurately restocking picks and new merchandise in a safe, organized, and clean workspace. The Associate operates collaboratively within a team to plan and carry out duties based on workload demands and store operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and respectful customer service, greeting all customers warmly, assisting with product promotion and locating items, aiding in purchase decisions, and handling customer concerns appropriately.
• Reviewing the assigned store area workload to organize tasks effectively.
• Signing merchandise accurately for inventory tracking.
• Maintaining the correct shelf space layout and avoiding shelf capacity errors.
• Handling merchandise and customer availability bins (CAP/VizPicking) to support stock availability processes.
• Using appropriate fixtures, supplies, and tools to accomplish necessary tasks safely and correctly.
• Contributing to a safe and tidy work area by following company policies including regular safety checks and securing displays and fixtures.
• Preparing backroom areas to facilitate smooth stock unloading operations.

Compensation Details

The position starts at a minimum hourly wage of $18.40.
