Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Stock Supervisor to join the TOMMY HILFIGER team located at South Wharf DFO, Victoria. This role requires someone with prior leadership experience in retail apparel or customer service, skilled in managing stock, achieving key performance indicators, and leading a team towards continued growth.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Manage and oversee stock control with meticulous attention to detail.
- Lead, recruit, mentor, and motivate the store team ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Achieve and monitor KPIs including sales targets, wage budgets, units per transaction, conversion rates, average sale amounts, shrinkage control, and performance on mystery shopping evaluations.
- Implement visual merchandising standards effectively.
- Identify business growth opportunities with an entrepreneurial approach.
Candidate Profile
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience in retail apparel or customer service sectors.
- Exceptional communication and people management capabilities.
- Energetic, authentic, and positive attitude with excellent grooming and presentation.
