About the Role
Join the CALVIN KLEIN team at Outlet City, Tawa, Wellington as a Full-Time Stock Supervisor working alongside the Store Manager. Your key duty is to ensure seamless and efficient management of inventory processes. Responsibilities include handling all deliveries, preparing stock for the sales floor, overseeing stock movement both in-store and deliveries out, as well as minimizing stock losses.
Candidate Profile
- Proven supervisory or management experience within retail apparel or customer service sectors.
- Track record of meeting key performance indicators such as sales targets, wage budgets, units per transaction, conversion rates, average sales value, shrinkage control, and successful mystery shop results.
- Excellent communication skills paired with strong people leadership abilities to recruit, mentor, and motivate team members effectively.
- Keen attention to detail, solid background in stock management, and visual merchandising expertise.
- Entrepreneurial approach with a knack for recognizing and capitalizing on business growth opportunities.
- Energetic, positive, authentic demeanor, and vibrant attitude.
- Professional grooming and presentation standards.
