Role Summary

The Stock Controller will manage all storage sites within and outside the outlet, ensuring ingredient security and strict adherence to Food Safety Management (FSM) standards. The role involves monitoring stock movement, preparing purchase orders, supervising receiving, storage, transfers, physical handling, dispatch procedures, and maintaining professional vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Manage daily inventory operations with strong stock control and management skills.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock audit processes.
• Analyze inventory data to detect trends and suggest corrective measures as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with warehouse, procurement, finance, and management teams through clear communication.
• Preferably possess experience in stock or inventory management within the food and beverage or FMCG industries.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and familiar with basic MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to operate efficiently in a dynamic onsite environment.
• Holding a diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, or related fields is advantageous.
