About EQ3 and the Role

EQ3 is a creative leader in designing furniture and home accessories, seeking a dedicated Stock Associate to join the retail team in Calgary, Alberta. This full-time position emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and boost company sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading products from delivery trucks
• Perform inventory checks against packing slips upon stock arrival
• Maintain an organized stock room by moving and lifting stock for extended periods
• Collaborate with the Visual Coordinator to implement visual standards including displays and signage
• Stock shelves within the store effectively
• Monitor stock levels and report to management and Visual team; inspect display model condition and incoming product quality
• Adhere to and contribute to workplace safety initiatives
• Print and attach price tags to merchandise before stocking the floor or stockroom
• Foster positive working relationships with store management, visuals team, delivery personnel, and customer service staff
• Assist customers with pickups

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of retail experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
• Self-driven with ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude
• Effective verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient customer service skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to lift weights of 75 lbs or more
• Availability to work on weekends
