Your Role
As a Stock Assistant at Charlotte Tilbury, you will play a crucial operational role managing stock processes efficiently to ensure smooth business function. You will prioritize high-demand products, handle stockroom organization, and support health and safety in the workplace while acting as a dedicated brand ambassador behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to maintain high operational standards and drive excellence.
- Prioritize stock deliveries focusing on best-sellers and replenishment items to ensure product availability.
- Maintain an orderly and accessible stockroom, serving as a role model in stock organization and able to coach colleagues on best practice.
- Uphold health and safety standards to create a safe work environment in the stockroom.
Candidate Profile
- Ideally have experience at Sales Advisor level, especially within beauty, fashion, or FMCG sectors.
- Show a passion for operational excellence with some exposure to stock control and delivery management.
- Be innovative with a willingness to improve and disrupt existing processes positively.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities to maintain business agility.
