Job description
Job Overview
The Steward will be responsible for cleaning, transporting, and storing all china, glassware, and silverware while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained in the kitchen and back dock areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure sanitation and cleanliness in the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area consistently.
- Disassemble trays, operate dishwashing machinery properly, and wash and organize all clean china, glass, and silverware following established procedures.
- Empty trash containers and clean them inside and out thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dock area and dumpster, ensuring they are properly cleaned.
