Job Summary

As a Steward, you are essential to maintaining the impeccable cleanliness of the kitchens and culinary equipment, ensuring smooth food service operations by organizing storage and preparing kitchen areas. This role significantly enhances guests' experiences, contributing to memorable stays.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchen and restaurantware.
• Organize and clean storage areas to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in preparing kitchen areas for food service activities.

Requirements and Physical Demands

• Tolerance for exposure to variable temperatures including heat, cold, and steam.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, encompassing early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
