Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
• Maintain cleanliness and order of dish room and dish machine
• Restock all kitchenware and utensils as needed
• Dispose of waste and garbage appropriately
• Disassemble, clean, and sanitize the dish machine post-shift
• Keep storage spaces neat and organized
• Support cleaning efforts in other restaurant areas as assigned
• Perform additional tasks as directed

Education and Experience

• High school diploma preferred
• Prior experience in a related dish steward or similar role required

Skills and Abilities

• Flexibility to work various shifts and hours
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Collaborative team player attitude

Additional Information

The hiring process may involve a phone screening, interviews with managers, drug screening, background and reference checks, and possibly an employment assessment.
