STEM Trainer

Overview

We seek an enthusiastic and practical-minded STEM Lab Trainer committed to inspiring students and educators through hands-on learning experiences. The role involves leading interactive workshops, demonstrating science and robotics kits, training teachers on digital and STEM tools, and ensuring detailed project and operational records are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, hands-on workshops in STEM and coding targeted at school students.
• Guide participants in the use of scientific instruments, electronic components, and microcontroller kits.
• Train teachers to effectively incorporate STEM equipment and digital instruction aids into their curricula.
• Maintain detailed and organized documentation including training logs, attendance, equipment stocks, assessment data, and session summaries.
• Oversee laboratory safety protocols, ensure the lab is well-organized, and manage the upkeep of educational kits and materials.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or diploma in engineering, science, or education fields.
• Solid understanding of fundamental science and electronics concepts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially for documentation tasks.
• Genuine enthusiasm and passion for teaching young learners.
• Previous experience teaching, conducting STEM workshops, or managing science laboratories is preferred.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration between INR 10,000 and INR 12,000.
