Main Responsibilities
As a location staff member, you represent our branch and are the primary point of contact for customers. Your daily tasks are diverse, combining customer advice, sales, and organizational duties.
- Provide in-person and telephone consultations to customers
- Conduct property tours and manage requests and bookings
- Create and finalize rental agreements
- Advise customers on additional products and services
- Maintain cleanliness and order of storage areas
- Perform various organizational tasks ensuring smooth site operations
Candidate Profile
We seek individuals who enjoy working with others, are willing to take responsibility, and aim to deliver excellent customer service.
- Enjoy engaging with customers and have experience in sales or customer service
- Present yourself openly, friendly, and persuasively
- Have a service- and sales-oriented mindset
- Work independently and responsibly
- Enjoy being part of a small, committed team
- Are communicative and approachable
- Possess excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Have English skills at the B2 level
