Role Summary
We seek committed Full-Time Recruiters/Talent Acquisition Specialists to undertake large-scale recruitment efforts. The position is located in Mohali and entails handling bulk hiring tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end processes for high-volume recruitment.
- Source and screen candidates effectively to meet hiring targets.
- Coordinate recruitment activities ensuring seamless operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in bulk or volume hiring operations is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.
Employment Details
- Salary range is INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month.
- Performance target includes a minimum of 30 successful joinings every month.
- Immediate joining is expected for suitable candidates.
