Staff Product Manager

Overview

Fyxer is a fast-growing startup based in Chancery Lane, London, seeking a Staff Product Manager who will lead critical product initiatives end-to-end. This role requires a proactive leader who drives discovery, shapes product vision, and ensures impactful delivery alongside senior leaders and engineers. The position is office-based 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development from initial insight through to market launch and impact measurement for the company’s most significant projects.
• Collaborate directly with engineers, founders, and senior stakeholders, owning product outcomes rather than managing backlogs or specs.
• Define problem statements, formulate hypotheses, and select rapid validation techniques including interviews, prototypes, experiments, or measured releases.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to set clear product direction and oversee execution aligned with defined success metrics.
• Implement continuous learning cycles within the product process to compound insights and improve decision-making over time.
• Elevate product thinking across the organization by coaching teammates and introducing efficient frameworks to align the company closer to customer needs.

Candidate Profile

• A comprehensive product thinker focused on outcomes linking user behavior to business metrics such as funnels, retention, and revenue.
• Experienced in discovery with strong expertise in qualitative research, behavioral data analysis, and experimentation to quickly gather actionable insights.
• Effective collaborator with engineering teams, able to translate insights into clear problems and practical trade-offs while enhancing team efficiency.
• Decisive under ambiguity, capable of making confident judgments about when to advance or pivot based on available signals.
• A multiplier who creates scalable and repeatable systems for discovery and decision-making, positively influencing overall team performance.
