Overview
We seek an experienced Staff Product Manager with a platform focus to spearhead the strategy and delivery of Bolt's Foundation — a suite of developer, AI, and productivity platforms used daily by thousands of internal builders at Bolt. Our objective is to accelerate time-to-market significantly by providing tooling that is both efficient and dependable for all users, whether they are technical experts or not.
Role & Responsibilities
This role blends product management with engineering leadership. You will craft the overarching Foundation strategy, establish clear, quantifiable success indicators, and ensure milestones are met through disciplined execution. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across various domains and teams to influence decision-making is a key aspect of this position.
As the inaugural product manager for Foundation, you will define and evolve our product development process — encompassing discovery, gathering requirements, managing stakeholder feedback, setting priorities, and launching to market.
