Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer based in Singapore, you will take full ownership of product design challenges from start to finish—defining ambiguous problems, aligning stakeholders, and delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions. This role requires flexibility in design methods, a holistic approach that includes content, research, and data metrics, and a strong focus on outcomes over outputs. You'll leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while maintaining thoughtful design and thrive in dynamic settings where strategies are continuously developed.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision and principles for a complete product surface or feature set, creating engaging and intuitive user experiences.
• Communicate design choices effectively, using user insights and data to align cross-team collaborators, and advance the product development process.
• Design and conduct research initiatives, combining qualitative and quantitative insights and applying experimental frameworks to validate concepts.
• Analyze feature outcomes post-launch to understand impact and refine designs.
• Develop robust, reusable design components and patterns to evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency for the team.
• Collaborate closely with developers to maintain quality in design implementation and enhance development workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience designing and delivering web and mobile applications (Android/iOS) for eCommerce, SaaS, or other digital businesses.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing comprehensive product design work with exemplary user experience, visual, and interaction design.
• Expertise in visual and interaction design with strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, consistency, and interaction nuances.
• Advanced skills in Figma for design and prototyping; familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, or Antigravity.
• Proven experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to present design rationale and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the wealth management sector.
• Familiarity with B2C digital environments and a deep understanding of consumer experiences online.
