Role Overview

At Cutie Pie Clinic in Bengaluru, we are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to provide professional patient care and assist medical staff with clinical procedures and operations in our healthcare setting. This role requires meticulous monitoring, patient assistance, and ensuring clinic hygiene and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and offer professional assistance during their visits.
• Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, height, weight, BMI, and BMR accurately.
• Capture patient photographs as required before and after treatments to support clinic protocols.
• Prepare and manage patient documentation including case sheets, treatment histories, and consent forms.
• Provide support to doctors throughout consultations and clinical procedures.
• Set up the treatment environment, ensuring all medical equipment is operational and ready.
• Adhere to hygiene standards, sterilization protocols, and infection control measures rigorously.
• Assist in aesthetic treatment procedures as guided and trained by the medical staff.
• Explain medication use, dosages, and safety precautions to patients under doctors' instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of daily medicine and consumable stocks and notify administration when stock replenishment is needed.
• Coordinate with other clinic branches to manage treatment supplies, medicines, and consumables efficiently.
• Ensure proper biomedical waste handling and disposal according to safety standards.
• Monitor patient comfort levels closely, reporting any adverse reactions or concerns to doctors promptly.
• Gather patient feedback post-treatment using various communication channels including Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
• Encourage patients satisfied with their experience to leave positive Google reviews.
• Keep treatment rooms, instruments, and nursing areas clean, organized, and prepared for use.
• Participate in community health camps, corporate outreach visits, and promotional clinic activities as needed.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay proficient with clinic machinery, treatment protocols, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Doctors, CRO, and Administrative staff to facilitate smooth patient throughput.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional conduct consistently.
• Follow clinic standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and directives from management.
• Prepare daily nursing reports and ensure handover of pending tasks to appropriate staff members.
• Provide support to both Mysore and Bangalore branches as required.
