Job Responsibilities

• Manage patient admissions and discharges efficiently.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop corresponding nursing care plans.
• Continuously monitor patient vitals and maintain thorough medical records.
• Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Support doctors during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Conduct ECGs, collect specimens, manage tube feeding and suctioning, and perform additional nursing tasks as required.
• Observe patient behaviors and facilitate therapeutic activities.
• Provide education to patients and families concerning care and mental health awareness.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control, hygiene protocols, patient confidentiality, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate patient handover documentation, manage medical supplies, and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and other healthcare team members for coordinated patient care.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a GNM or B.Sc. Nursing degree.
• Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and proficient nursing skills.
• Exhibit effective communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
