Job description
Job Overview
We are urgently seeking 100 skilled Staff Nurses for a leading healthcare institution located in Bhubaneswar. The selected candidates will provide thorough nursing care, continuously monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with medical teams in assorted departments. Candidates with any nursing background are welcomed, with preference given to those able to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and deliver hands-on patient care in close coordination with doctors.
- Observe vital signs, track patient recovery, and maintain detailed clinical records.
- Safely administer prescribed medicines, injections, and IV treatments in line with protocols.
- Support doctors during ward visits, medical procedures, and diagnostic examinations.
- Ensure patient care areas are clean, hygienic, and well supplied.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment regimens, discharge guidelines, and care procedures.
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- Educational qualification of B.Sc Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
- Minimum 6 months of clinical nursing experience in any department or specialty.
- Strong foundational clinical nursing knowledge with abilities such as patient empathy, effective communication, and basic life support skills.
- Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
