Staff Engineer Digital Design

About the Role

Step into the position of Staff Engineer Digital Design within our Research & Development division, where innovation meets technical mastery. Collaborate with thinkers and makers who are sculpting tomorrow's technology, contributing to transformative projects, and turning ideas into reality.

Responsibilities

• Translate design specifications into effective digital designs that support Capacitive Sensing, Touch Sensing, and mixed-signal intellectual property.
• Create and develop microarchitectures for IP blocks.
• Implement RTL (Register Transfer Level) and UPF (Unified Power Format) designs.
• Utilize advanced design and verification methodologies and tools, including Synthesis, Lint, CDC (Clock Domain Crossing), RDC (Reset Domain Crossing), MVRC, and STA (Static Timing Analysis).

Candidate Profile

• Possess a degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering.
• Bring at least five years of practical experience in Digital IC design across multiple roles.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a critical and strategic mindset.
• Exhibit excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills with a pragmatic, enthusiastic attitude and clarity in dialogue.
• Familiarity with Verilog and SystemVerilog is advantageous.
• Experienced in RTL and UPF design and proficient in Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools for Synthesis, Lint, CDC, and STA.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
