Job description
About the Role
Fin, now part of Salesforce, is revolutionizing customer experience through its AI Agent Fin, the most effective AI Customer Agent currently available. Fin enables businesses to deliver exceptional, continuous customer support across various stages including service, sales, and e-commerce. Leveraging proprietary AI models, Fin handles complex customer issues end-to-end across all channels with minimal setup. Integrated with Intercom's help desk, it provides a unified system for modern support teams.
Aligned with Salesforce, the leading AI CRM, Fin is building the future of customer experience where ambition integrates with action and technology meets trust. Our workplace embraces innovation as a core value, dedicating efforts to transforming workforce management in the era of agent-powered automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage account identity systems by developing and enhancing entity-resolution processes determining when records represent the same company, including domain and firmographic matching, confidence scoring, and deduplication workflows to maintain Salesforce cleanliness at scale.
- Design and maintain the organizational structure mapping account hierarchies, linking accounts to parent companies, top operating parents, and ultimate corporate parents.
- Create pipelines for sourcing accounts by transforming market definitions into prioritized, deduplicated, CRM-ready lists; integrate data from third-party and internal sources, score account fit, and assign ownership and metadata during import to Salesforce.
- Develop contact sourcing and enrichment pipelines to identify and verify appropriate personnel at target accounts while adhering to privacy and consent standards, ensuring data is delivered effectively to sales and marketing tools.
- Extend enrichment capabilities utilizing large language models (LLMs) by incorporating web search and crawling functions across multiple providers to extract insightful data such as company support channels, hiring trends, AI product offerings, and readiness for Fin integration.
- Ensure data usability by structuring and validating dbt models within Snowflake, orchestrated through Airflow, and synchronize data with Salesforce, Marketo, Clay, and related GTM platforms.
- Take charge of data quality and trust by implementing testing, alerts, and reconciliation measures proactively to detect issues before they impact sales representatives; serve as the primary contact for data discrepancies in GTM reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to thoroughly understand their objectives and design foundational data solutions that empower their strategies rather than merely responding to tickets.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong passion for business growth with a clear affinity and understanding of go-to-market functions, comfortable engaging directly with sales representatives and motivated by commercial successes.
- Proficiency with modern data technologies including dbt, cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred), and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing large language models in production environments, including prompt engineering, tool integrations, web crawling, and managing associated costs and latencies.
- Expertise in entity resolution, identity management, and record deduplication, with the ability to balance precision and recall to minimize business risks from false merges.
- Practical knowledge of integrating with SaaS applications and business systems, particularly Salesforce, handling both data extraction and updates.
- Excellent communication skills capable of explaining complex hierarchy changes to executives and technical details to engineers within the same day.
- Growth mindset with eagerness to adopt and learn rapidly evolving tools and technologies in the data and AI space.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with go-to-market data providers and tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit, Clay, Crossbeam, Marketo, Census/Fivetran, and Gong.
- Experience with territory design, account scoring methodologies, propensity modeling, or defining ideal customer profiles (ICP).
- Understanding of privacy regulations and compliance considerations including GDPR, CCPA, and managing consent related to contact data.
