Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex spray, manual, and dip painting on individual parts, components, and assemblies according to instructions and manufacturing specifications.
• Provide expert support to production planning in drafting work instructions.
• Prepare parts, components, and assemblies for painting, including cleaning, sanding, filling, and masking.
• Mix paint systems as per given guidelines.
• Maintain and service equipment according to prescribed procedures.
• Document work processes accurately.
• Handle material transportation activities.
• Mark parts using stamping techniques.
• Operate and supply cleaning machinery, including sand and glass blasting of various parts.
• Manage disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with occupational safety standards.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as a spray painter.
• At least three years of professional experience in spray painting.
• Excellent manual dexterity and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good command of the German language.
