Job description
Job Overview
We seek a proficient Spray Painter to join our manufacturing unit located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience with industrial spray painting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces including sanding and masking for painting.
- Apply primers, mix paints, and match colors accurately for metal components and finished products.
- Use appropriate spray-painting equipment to carry out spray painting tasks.
- Ensure uniform paint thickness, complete coverage, correct coloration, gloss, and finish quality.
- Detect and rectify defects such as paint runs, uneven coating, overspray, and orange peel.
- Maintain and clean spray guns and related tools.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Familiarity with industrial paints, primers, thinners, and hardeners.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices including use of PPE, chemical handling, and maintenance of a clean paint-shop environment.
- Strong attention to detail, quality-conscious mindset, and ability to meet production deadlines.
