About the Role
BettingJobs is looking for a dedicated Sportsbook Agent to join a global iGaming firm based in Malta. This role involves taking full responsibility for enhancing the player experience, acting as a critical link between customer service teams and trading departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Service team in resolving sportsbook-related disputes, settlements, wager cancellations, and re-settlements.
- Collaborate with Customer Service leaders to ensure representatives achieve strong knowledge of main sports betting.
- Keep sportsbook information and help sections current, incorporating player feedback and daily insights alongside the trading team.
- Confirm that players are notified regarding voided wagers and gestures of goodwill.
- Investigate issues and facilitate communication between Trading and Customer Service teams.
- Oversee the monitoring, maintenance, and escalation of Tableau reports as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in sportsbook or similar betting environments is essential.
- Comprehensive understanding of sports betting practices.
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Effective prioritization and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Confidence in making sound decisions independently.
