Specialist Sales Planner / Master Data (m/w/d)

As part of Circle K's network of over 1,200 convenience stores at service stations across Germany, you'll join a global leader in convenience and mobility under Alimentation Couche-Tard. Help us shape the future of the service station business by joining us in Berlin as a Specialist Sales Planner / Master Data for a fixed term of 2 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, manage, and update product master data within the JD Edwards system ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Act as the principal contact for resolving issues related to article management and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate closely with Category Management on price adjustments and promotional campaigns.
• Support Category, Finance, and Marketing departments regarding all master data-related concerns.
• Establish and nurture effective communication channels with internal teams and external suppliers to secure correct and prompt product data.
• Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to optimize workflows.
• Participate in master data governance efforts for standardizing and automating data processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience within FMCG or retail environments.
• Knowledge in project management is advantageous.

Languages and IT Skills

• Fluent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems; experience with JD Edwards is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft business applications and possess a good understanding of business processes, data flows, and basic IT integrations.
