Specialist Payroll (m/w/d)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Specialist Payroll professional to join the payroll team of an internationally operating industrial company based in South Heide. This role offers the opportunity to apply and expand your payroll expertise within a modern HR environment supported by well-established processes. The initial contract is for 18 months under employee leasing conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing payroll processing while adhering to tax, social insurance, and labor law requirements.
• Providing advisory support to employees and internal departments on payroll-related and human resource matters.
• Overseeing reporting and certification procedures and coordinating with authorities and social insurance agencies.
• Maintaining and managing personnel master and transaction data using SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Ensuring high data accuracy and contributing to the enhancement of digital payroll and HR workflows.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial training combined with several years of experience in payroll administration.
• Solid understanding of income tax, social security, and labor law principles.
• Proficient in SAP HCM and familiar with standard MS Office applications.
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Methodical, responsible working style, along with teamwork capabilities and discretion in handling sensitive data.
