Special Educator

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Special Educator with a B.Ed degree and a specialization in Intellectual Disability to join our team. The ideal candidate will evaluate each student's abilities and learning challenges through assessments and observations, developing tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) accordingly.

Key Duties

• Design and implement customized educational plans adapted from the general curriculum to meet specialized educational needs.
• Deliver personalized or small group instruction for students requiring special education support.
• Continuously monitor and assess students' academic growth and behavioral developments.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, counselors, and parents to enhance student support.
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and generate relevant reports.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.

Qualifications and Skills

• B.Ed in Special Education with expertise in Intellectual Disability.
• Proficiency in student assessment and Individualized Education Program (IEP) development.
• Capability to adapt academic lessons to diverse learning requirements.
• Effective communication and collaboration with educational stakeholders.
• Organizational skills for record keeping and reporting.

Additional Information

This position operates within the Delhi-NCR area and offers a monthly compensation ranging from INR 10,000 to 25,000.
