Job description
Role Overview
We seek a skilled Sound Engineer experienced in the installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and demonstration of home theatre systems, audio systems, speakers, and sound equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, repair, and demonstrate home theatre and audio systems to customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with speakers, amplifiers, AV receivers, subwoofers, and related audio hardware.
- Resolve problems related to sound quality, connectivity, and technical faults efficiently.
- Conduct thorough testing to verify the functionality of repaired devices.
- Respond to customer technical inquiries and deliver effective solutions.
- Perform service visits at customer locations as necessary.
- Record service reports and update job progress meticulously.
- Adhere strictly to company policies for quality and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Audio/Video systems and home theatre technology.
- Practical experience repairing speakers and sound systems.
- Understanding of amplifiers, AV receivers, wiring, connectors, and audio circuits.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as in field-service settings.
Additional Information
Salary Range: 25000 to 35000 INR per month
