About the Role
The HR Lead for SPARK is tasked with directing and managing all human resources functions at the site level. This position works closely with leadership, employees, and regional HR teams to execute human resource strategies, support recruitment and talent development, enhance employee engagement, and ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute HR strategies consistent with business and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational efficiency.
- Deliver full HR support and advice to employees and managers.
- Assist in recruitment activities to attract and hire top talent, meeting localization and diversity goals.
- Oversee employee communications in coordination with the HR team.
- Handle employee relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary measures, and grievances.
- Encourage a positive, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture.
- Manage performance review processes and timely completions.
- Direct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Support employee growth via coaching, mentoring, and career planning.
- Administer compensation and benefits aligning with policies and market standards.
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal HR regulations.
- Implement and uphold standardized HR policies and procedures.
- Lead employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback tools to improve experience.
- Facilitate adoption of HR systems and processes through effective training and communication.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to uncover improvement opportunities.
- Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Work alongside country and regional HR teams to meet business and employee needs.
- Utilize HR technology to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Adhere strictly to Health, Safety & Environment standards and policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in human resources in a similar capacity.
- Deep knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with compensation, benefits, talent development, retention, and engagement.
- Thorough understanding of Saudi labor laws.

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Proven coaching and mentoring experience.
- Strong organizational and planning competencies.
- Analytical skills including data interpretation and problem-solving.
- Experience managing employee programs and workshops.
- Proficiency with Excel and HR reporting tools.
