About Shaakya Spa & Wellness
Shaakya Spa & Wellness, located in Bengaluru, is seeking experienced female spa therapists, ideally from Northeast India, to join its professional wellness team. The role offers the chance to work in a professional environment focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional body massage therapies such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Balinese, Aroma, and other treatments aligned with your qualifications and training.
- Assess client needs and suggest appropriate wellness services.
- Ensure treatment rooms are maintained with high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- Prepare massage rooms and equipment, including oils and towels, prior to sessions.
- Provide courteous, professional, and respectful customer service maintaining client privacy and comfort.
- Adhere to spa standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and management directions.
- Uphold grooming standards and professional behavior consistently.
- Collaborate with the team to promote spa packages, memberships, and secure repeat business.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Female candidates, preferably from Northeast India.
- Previous spa therapist experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of professional massage techniques and spa therapy certification or equivalent training preferred.
- Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru.
- Ability to function effectively as part of a team and follow spa protocols.
Compensation and Benefits
