Key Duties

• Administer spa treatments following Kempinski Spa’s treatment menu, maintaining adherence to set standards and procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all available treatments and products, including their processes, benefits, and expected results.
• Customize treatment plans based on individual health evaluations of clients.
• Provide personalized, exceptional service to all spa guests.
• Promote and recommend appropriate treatments, retail merchandise, and home care products thoughtfully to clients.
• Manage treatment schedules promptly, ensuring sessions start and end on time.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries or minor complaints with confidence.
• Create a comfortable atmosphere that warmly welcomes each guest.
• Complete proper handovers throughout the guest journey, reviewing treatment feedback and addressing any concerns.
• Upkeep cleanliness, hygiene, and preparation of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all guest communications.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support other spa roles.
• Swiftly report any guest incidents or accidents to the Spa Manager professionally.
• Remain flexible to assume extra tasks that support business and hotel needs.
