This role represents the initial point of contact for guests, providing a seamless and customized spa journey from arrival through departure. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Efficiently handle appointment scheduling, bookings, enquiries, and guest-specific requests.
- Offer knowledgeable guidance about spa treatments, available facilities, and retail offerings.
- Uphold the highest standards of appearance, cleanliness, and Forbes Five-Star service standards at the reception area.
- Manage payment transactions, guest communications, and administrative tasks with precision and confidentiality.

- Experience working in a luxury hotel, spa, or front desk setting.
