Sourcing Specialist - HR

About the Role

We seek a seasoned HR Recruiter possessing 4 to 5 years of experience managing the full recruitment cycle specifically within the IT sector. This role requires expertise in sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, managing stakeholders, negotiating salaries, and successfully concluding hiring processes within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, various job portals, and employee referrals.
• Perform resume screening and carry out preliminary HR interviews.
• Arrange and facilitate technical interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
• Engage in discussions on salary packages, notice periods, and offers.
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Ensure vacancies are filled promptly while upholding recruitment quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Between 4 to 5 years of experience recruiting IT professionals.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and the Naukri platform for sourcing candidates.
• Experienced in hiring across a variety of technical roles and technology domains.
• Strong communication skills combined with effective stakeholder management.
• Familiar with compensation negotiation tactics and managing candidate notice periods.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Preferred Education

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable; an MBA with HR specialization is considered advantageous.
