Solutions Engineer - UAE & MEA Territories

Overview

CloudBees is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve the UAE and Middle East & Africa regions. This full-time remote role focuses on enabling enterprises to implement governance, visibility, and trust in their software delivery processes with CloudBees Unify across existing toolchains. Founded in 2010, CloudBees supports organizations in building, operating, and overseeing software factories to enhance software delivery speed, safety, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle including discovery, demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-value projects.
• Analyze customer DevOps workflows, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and toolchains to exhibit how CloudBees Unify integrates governance and auditing without requiring tool replacements.
• Convert technical needs into practical solutions addressing business challenges such as audit compliance and secure AI-generated code adoption.
• Participate in architecture discussions, support requests for proposals (RFPs), and respond to security questionnaires.
• Facilitate communication between customers, sales teams, product managers, and engineering personnel, contributing customer insights to product development.
• Maintain expertise in DevOps, AI-assisted development trends, competitive products, and CloudBees updates.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum five years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or comparable customer-facing technical roles.
• Proficient in Arabic and English to effectively engage with regional customers.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD processes, and modern software delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Skilled in explaining complex technical subjects to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced company environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
• Exposure to enterprise or public-sector customers within MEA territories.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and regional regulations such as ADGM/DIFC.
• Experience in selling or supporting software-as-a-service (SaaS) or platform solutions.

Salary

The total compensation can reach up to 545000 AED per year.
