Role Overview
The Solutions Engineer will act as a key technical expert throughout the sales lifecycle, working closely with sales and partners to deliver technical presentations, demos, and proofs of concept. The role is hybrid-based in Riyadh and involves driving account expansion and aligning technical solutions with customer business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales activities including detailed technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Partner with the Sales team to manage and advance the entire sales cycle and account planning.
- Identify and explore opportunities within customer accounts for additional resource involvement and solution expansions.
- Analyze and document the business and technical requirements of clients to develop value-driven proposals addressing core challenges.
- Develop and nurture relationships within the partner ecosystem to enhance product enablement and to facilitate technical sales closures.
Candidate Profile
- Multiple years’ experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or IT consulting at enterprise scale.
- Proficient with digital experience monitoring (DEX), end user experience monitoring (EUEM), or related digital workplace tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT environments including endpoints, applications, networks, and hybrid or cloud infrastructure.
- Familiar with observability platforms, IT service management (ITSM), endpoint management, or performance monitoring solutions.
- Quick adaptability to a broad range of enterprise platforms beyond core expertise areas.
- Strong consultative skills with an ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Effective engagement with technical personnel and executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a storytelling approach.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated attitude and reliability in complex environments.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with readiness to travel up to approximately 40% of the time.
