Role Overview

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer experienced in Data Center Infrastructure to develop and implement data center solutions. This role demands close collaboration with clients and various internal teams to grasp business and technical needs, craft customized proposals, and assist in customer interactions, bidding, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development efforts for data center power and cooling solutions ensuring both technical viability and market competitiveness.
• Take ownership of planning and designing critical infrastructure elements such as Medium Voltage Rectifier (800VDC) systems, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), lithium-ion battery systems, CRAC units, precision air conditioning, and Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) platforms.
• Review and verify technical outputs including Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), system architectures, specifications, and bid documents.
• Engage directly with clients to analyze their requirements, provide expert technical advice, and present compelling tailored solutions.
• Work closely with presales, research and development, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements align with offered products.
• Conduct market research and identify chances to create standardized and scalable solutions tailored to industry and regional needs.
• Support technical marketing through presentations, workshops, product demos, and engagement sessions with customers.
• Assist sales teams across the sales process, including technical presentations, proposal creation, bid submission, and client discussions.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or closely related fields.
• Between 3 to 5 years of professional experience in data center infrastructure focusing on solution design, technical consulting, or presales roles.
• In-depth knowledge of critical power and cooling infrastructure such as UPS systems, battery tech, and precision cooling mechanisms.
• Understanding of data center standards including Uptime Institute Tier Standards, TIA-942, and IEC standards relevant to the field.
• Demonstrated history of client engagement, developing solution proposals, conducting technical presentations, and supporting bids/tenders.
• Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving aptitude, and skills in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to address both technical and non-technical audiences confidently.
• Motivated, customer-oriented individual capable of handling multiple projects and priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
