Role Overview

Solutions Consultants play a vital role in helping internal teams and prospective clients discover the value of Rippling's HR and Payroll Cloud solutions. This position centers on driving revenue through compelling, value-focused presentations and assisting potential clients in understanding Rippling’s benefits. Prior experience in a pre-sales capacity working with HR systems is essential.

Joining a diverse and accomplished Solutions Consulting team, you will contribute to delivering superior customer experiences, influencing sales and product strategies, and collaborating with various stakeholders and strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure prospects successfully evaluate Rippling’s solutions.
• Assess technical needs of prospects and clearly communicate the business advantages offered by Rippling's HR product suite.
• Conduct technical demonstrations and proof of concepts tailored to address clients’ specific business goals.
• Create, present, and maintain detailed technical content to support customer success with the Rippling platform.
• Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering divisions to enhance the product.
• Develop comprehensive expertise across the entire Rippling platform and maintain awareness of competitor offerings.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of four years in a pre-sales role collaborating with Sales teams and delivering customer demonstrations.
• A bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• A proactive self-starter mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to innovate.
• Experience with HRIS, HCM, Payroll, or Time and Attendance systems is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a beneficial asset.
