  • Generate technical demand and validate new use cases that support upsell and cross-sell possibilities; assist customers in envisioning new solutions and help build proofs of concept.
  • Lead innovation initiatives by managing Early Access Programs alongside the Product Team, translating key business needs into product enhancement requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive technologies through ongoing market research, informing internal perspectives on competition to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Engage with prospects and clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate feedback and improvement suggestions to product and development teams.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of strategic reports, consulting methodologies, and marketing collateral tailored to the industries within the region.
