Role Overview

Due to our ongoing expansion, we seek a motivated Solutions Consultant to join our Sales team. This role demands enthusiasm for technology combined with a passion for problem-solving. You will leverage your expertise to deliver engaging, impactful presentations that demonstrate the unique benefits of Payslip’s SaaS platform to prospective clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Become a central educator on Payslip’s software by conducting compelling platform demos and presentations that highlight its distinct advantages to potential customers.
• Support the sales team throughout all phases of the sales cycle.
• Lead discovery sessions that deliver focused product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Identify complex pain points and design customized solutions in collaboration with prospects.
• Serve as an effective liaison between prospects and internal teams, communicating needs and enhancement requests to Product and Technical departments.
• Maintain and expand technical knowledge of the Payslip platform and its technology stack.
• Collaborate with Product Management to stay updated on product enhancements and releases.
• Act as an industry thought leader and trusted advisor guiding customers in their journey.
• Represent Payslip at various industry and partner events such as conferences, webinars, and marketing activities.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Software Sales, Sales Consulting, or SaaS startup environments.
• Relevant qualifications in Business or Technology fields or equivalent professional experience.
• Adept at client-facing roles with a genuine passion for customer engagement.
• Technically proficient with an ability to translate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, comfortable delivering presentations via platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom.
• Strong attention to detail with keen insight into understanding and articulating client requirements.
• Proven skills influencing decision-making and building trusted, confidential relationships.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
• Experience practicing value-based selling strategies.
• Quick learner who remains knowledgeable about industry trends and developments.
• Proficient with MS Office suite tools.
