Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leaders to comprehend customer requirements and assist in implementing technical solutions accordingly.
• Gain deep expertise in Ema’s technology stack and architectures.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations emphasizing features and customer benefits.
• Partner with customers to conduct successful proofs of concept (PoCs) highlighting Ema’s value proposition.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for key stakeholders, focusing on their business outcomes.
• Assist customers in designing and architecting solutions aligned with business objectives and existing infrastructure.
• Lead projects that promote faster adoption of Ema’s solutions.
• Communicate the value of Ema’s offerings from demos through to deployment, running workshops and design sessions.
• Support the transition of solutions from PoC phase to full production deployment.
• Analyze customer cloud and on-premises environments to tailor deployment strategies, coordinating with engineering to produce scalable and compatible implementations.
• Manage customer issues by diagnosing and resolving problems, establishing efficient investigation tools and repeatable processes, and maintaining technical documentation such as architectures and integration guides.
• Serve as a technical consultant and expert for sales, engineering, and product teams to address deployment hurdles and enhance Ema’s platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Forward Deployment Engineer within a technical pre-sales context.
• Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
• Strong background in solution architecture, design, and system integration.
• Hands-on familiarity with programming languages and relevant technology stacks.
• A customer-centric attitude with dedication to understanding and resolving technical challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of simplifying complex technical ideas for varied audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within global teams and work independently when needed.
