Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our elite Global Platform Software Sales Team as a Solution Sales Executive focusing on partners. In this role, you will champion FICO’s flagship product, the FICO Platform, acting as an overlay sales resource by collaborating closely with Partner Account Managers and both Technical & Industry Pre-Sales teams to execute market strategies. You will manage quotas linked to a defined portfolio of existing and prospective enterprise partners in your region, driving initial Platform adoption and expansion by inspiring partners and their clients about leveraging the FICO Platform’s capabilities in customer journey design and execution across enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with current and prospective partners to identify key initiatives within Payments, Consumer Lending, and Retail Banking sectors, including areas such as Marketing, Originations, Customer Management, Personalization, Collections, and Fraud.
  • Provide industry-leading expertise in Decisioning, Analytics, and Optimization tailored for Financial Services to help clients gain competitive advantages via the FICO Platform.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders to uncover pressing decision management challenges and effectively communicate FICO platform solutions.
  • Research and develop potential solution opportunities in partnership with internal teams to present compelling proposals.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction with purchased solutions, fostering long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships that encourage growth.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams—including Global Solution Architecture, Product Development, Finance, and Professional Services—to deliver cohesive and impactful sales efforts.
  • Manage sales to meet quarterly and annual targets, with significant performance-based incentives for exceeding goals.
  • Engage with leading financial institutions and other key sector leaders to maximize solution impact.
  • Travel up to 50% of the workweek to deeply understand partner needs and aspirations.

Candidate Profile

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree or possesses equivalent work experience.
  • Proven success in building lasting relationships and an aptitude for comprehending industry-specific business and technology challenges.
  • Ability to articulate high-level technical architecture concepts, deployment, and integration solutions.
  • Successful track record of selling complex enterprise software solutions, preferably within financial services or banking.
  • Familiarity or experience with Consumer Lending, Credit Risk, Account Management, Retail Banking, and Fraud domains.
  • Strong interest or background in leveraging data science, behavioral profiling, decision management, orchestration, machine learning, AI, simulation, and optimization within SaaS environments.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and educating partners and colleagues via presentations and discussions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others achieve success.
  • Thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines with determination.
