Job description
About the Role
This position serves as the local backbone for integrated solutions within the Saudi Arabian subsidiary, utilizing local operator and partner assets to ensure effective resource coordination and comprehensive after-sales management for carrier business. The role supports the seamless delivery of integrated ICT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and assist with integrated ICT solutions for projects alongside the team.
- Utilize resources from local telecom operators such as STC, Mobily, and Zain to coordinate resource allocation, manage commercial agreements, and ensure comprehensive after-sales service for carrier-related businesses including leased lines, internet resale, and cloud services.
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships with local integrators, partners, and suppliers to enhance collaboration.
- Aid the sales team in cultivating and maintaining local customer relationships.
- Manage daily interactions and coordination with operators and partners to enhance delivery responsiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in the telecom or ICT sector within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East, including minimum 3 years working with telecom operators or companies with close operator partnerships.
- Established connections with local telecom operators featuring at least three close partnerships with operators or OTT service providers.
- Proficient in integrated solution design and support; knowledgeable of ICT services including enterprise networks, cloud computing, and leased line services.
- English is the primary working language; proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
- Results-driven with excellent communication, coordination, and customer relationship management skills.
- Highly responsible with a proactive approach, demonstrating timely follow-through and accountability to meet project deadlines and customer expectations without deflection.
Additional Information
These roles are permanent full-time positions within the company. Specific job grade and remuneration packages will be determined through negotiation. Exceptional candidates might have some requirements relaxed.
