Role Overview
As a Solution Consultant at Visier, you will champion the adoption of our Workforce Intelligence products. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams, you will articulate the value of Visier's solutions to potential clients, shaping business strategy and motivating workforce transformation by turning data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to deeply understand client challenges, current systems, and data environments.
- Differentiate Visier's offerings by clearly illustrating advantages over traditional BI, homegrown tools, competitors, and Core HR systems.
- Develop tailored demo content aligned with client priorities.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that showcase how Visier solutions fulfill client needs and enable transformation.
- Facilitate clear communication of client requirements to the Visier delivery team to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage solution proposals for RFIs and RFPs, acting as the primary point of responsibility.
- Gain expert knowledge of Visier’s solutions, especially their role in workforce transformation and strategic planning, functioning as the internal subject matter expert.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for clients and internal teams alike, building credibility and confidence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ expertise in analytics and planning with focus areas such as employee engagement, talent acquisition analytics, workforce transformation, or strategic workforce planning.
- At least 8 years experience in pre-sales roles or equivalent client-facing consultant positions.
- Technical background encompassing business intelligence, data warehousing, and familiarity with AI technologies.
- Superior communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging audiences confidently, including leading stage presentations at major events.
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Experience working with cloud SaaS providers is advantageous.
- Comfortable engaging and advising senior leaders including C-level executives like CIOs and CHROs, maintaining strong executive presence.
- Highly motivated, results-driven with a demonstrated strong initiative.
