Role Overview
We seek a Sitecore Solution/Technical Architect to join our APJ Customer Value Realisation team. This position involves collaborating with clients and internal teams across emerging global markets to ensure successful deployment and optimization of Sitecore products aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients and partners to provide advisory and practical support in architecting, troubleshooting, and leveraging Sitecore solutions that meet business objectives.
- Utilize comprehensive Sitecore product knowledge to offer strategic guidance, consultation, project development, and perform hands-on tasks like proof of concept construction and configuration adjustments.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers, owning all technical interfaces between clients and Sitecore.
- Collaborate closely with IT and marketing stakeholders within medium to enterprise client organizations.
- Work alongside internal teams such as Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to maximize customer value.
- Support and mentor colleagues in overcoming technical and business challenges.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Deep expertise in Sitecore technologies, with proficiency in one or more solutions such as SitecoreAI, XM/XP, Content Hub, or CDP/Personalize.
- Proven consultancy experience with a client-facing focus.
- Exceptional communication skills capable of translating technical concepts to business stakeholders effectively.
- Strong orientation toward achieving business outcomes for both clients and Sitecore.
- Excellent time management skills, able to juggle complex and changing priorities effectively.
- Enthusiastic about technology, committed to ongoing learning, and customer-focused mindset.
- Proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for encountering new challenges.
Additional Advantageous Skills
- Knowledge of multiple Sitecore products such as SitecoreAI, XM/XP, Personalize, Search, and Content Hub.
- Certifications as a Sitecore developer or in Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with headless technologies like React, Next.js, GraphQL, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with containerization tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Insights into wider web architecture including infrastructure, DevOps practices, and integrations.
