Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Solicitor based on-site in Dublin 12. The successful candidate will oversee a caseload involving various relevant practice areas, engaging directly with clients by obtaining instructions and offering clear legal guidance. Typical daily activities include drafting and evaluating legal documents, preparing and negotiating contracts, managing correspondence, and advancing files from initial consultation through to resolution. The Solicitor will represent clients in negotiations and hearings when suitable, and coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities. Ensuring adherence to professional standards, deadlines, and firm protocols is essential, along with supporting overall client service excellence and practice growth.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Solid background in general law with capacity to provide clear advice and handle a diverse range of legal issues.
  • Experience in conveyancing, covering residential and commercial property transactions, file oversight, and successful completions.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate, including leases and related commercial property dealings.
  • Knowledge of family law, including guidance on separation, divorce, maintenance, and associated procedures.
  • Must be a qualified Solicitor holding a valid practicing certificate.
  • Strong legal drafting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with close attention to detail.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a client-centered approach and professional conduct.
  • Ability to manage work demands, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively within an on-site team setting.
  • Prior experience within private practice and good understanding of Irish legal processes and court systems is advantageous.
