Job Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, assembly, and commissioning of rooftop solar photovoltaic systems according to project specifications.
• Install solar panels, mounting frameworks, DC/AC wiring, inverters, earthing systems, and other components.
• Execute DC and AC electrical connections safely and accurately.
• Assist in installing, configuring, testing, and commissioning inverters.
• Conduct site surveys and examine rooftop conditions when required.
• Ensure correct alignment, mounting, wiring, and overall installation of solar panels.
• Perform testing, diagnostics, and routine maintenance on solar setups.
• Identify and quickly resolve installation-related electrical and technical challenges.
• Adhere to electrical safety and rooftop work protocols at all job locations.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and project teams to facilitate seamless task execution.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and installation inventory.
• Complete projects within allocated deadlines and uphold company quality standards.
• Offer basic technical assistance to clients post-installation when needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical discipline is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience with rooftop solar installations is desirable.
• Sound understanding of solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, DC/AC wiring, and earthing techniques.
• Ability to interpret fundamental electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights on rooftops.
• Physically fit and willing to travel to various project sites in Jaipur and surrounding regions.
• Effective team player with good discipline, punctuality, and a strong safety mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary range of ₹15,000 to ₹22,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
