Synsolaire Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and proactive professional to fill the role of a Solar Electrical Engineer cum Business Development Executive. This position combines technical engineering skills with business development responsibilities, ideal for someone with at least one year of relevant experience aiming to contribute both technically and commercially in the renewable energy field.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies and carry out technical site evaluations for solar installations across residential, commercial, and industrial rooftops or ground-mounted systems.
- Create detailed engineering designs including layouts, single line diagrams, and plant configurations using software tools like AutoCAD or PVsyst.
- Support project implementations by overseeing installations, ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations, quality standards, and client needs.
- Manage procurement by coordinating with suppliers for components such as inverters, solar modules, and mounting structures, and maintaining accurate bills of materials.
- Identify and approach potential clients across B2B, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors in and around Bengaluru for solar solutions.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical and commercial proposals along with pricing strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Handle the full sales cycle from initial engagement through presentations, negotiations, and closure of contracts.
- Stay informed about the latest market trends, policies related to solar energy incentives, net metering, and regulatory updates to enhance solution offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Renewable Energy Systems.
- At least one year of hands-on experience in the solar energy sector focusing on system design and client management.
- Working knowledge of solar design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVsyst, or Helioscope and a solid grasp of electrical concepts, inverter design, and net-metering procedures.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage corporate clients.
- Possession of a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle for fieldwork and client visits within Bengaluru.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive monthly salary between 25,000 and 35,000 INR along with performance-based sales incentives.
