About the Internship
This internship focuses on software testing for an AI-driven asset management product used globally across industries such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, banking, and hospitality. Interns will work full time from the Pune office for six months, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehend product specifications, user stories, and workflows to proactively identify gaps, potential risks, and edge cases.
- Create detailed and innovative test plans encompassing functional, negative, regression, smoke, exploratory, user interface, and API testing.
- Manually carry out test cases meticulously and record observations with precision.
- Report, monitor, and retest defects, ensuring clear reproduction steps, evidence, severity classification, and understanding of business impact.
- Support the development and refinement of automated test scripts to cover repetitive and critical testing scenarios.
- Leverage AI tools responsibly to generate test ideas, draft cases, produce test data, assist automation scripting, summarize test failures, and aid regression analysis, while rigorously validating results.
- Evaluate current QA workflows and recommend actionable improvements aimed at increasing automation and minimizing repetitive manual effort.
- Compile comprehensive test reports and summaries to keep stakeholders informed about release readiness.
